Terms & Conditions
Deposits
Bookings are only effected by our receiving in writing all booking details and a deposit of 30% of the charge. Self-catering only - the balance is due 3 weeks before start of the tenancy. B&B - balance due on arrival.
Cancellation
Tenants should notify us immediately in writing if they have to cancel their holiday. We will do our best to re-let the accommodation. If this is not possible we are legally entitled to retain your deposit. For your protection we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
Method of Payment
Cash, cheques(made payable to Trenona Farm Holidays), most major debit/credit cards
Pets
Pets are permitted with our prior consent. When at Trenona Farm they are to be kept under control at all times. Under no circumstances are they to be left unattended unless in the kennels provided. Self-catering only - a damage deposit of £50.00 is to be paid with balance, returnable after your departure if no damage has occurred.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival after 4 pm and departure by 10.30am unless otherwise agreed.
Linen
All bed linen, bath & hand towels, tea towels supplied. Please provide your own beach towels.
Injury, damage, loss to tenants
We will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the customers or any other person may suffer or occur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
Non-availability of property
If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the tenants will be refundable in full but the tenants will have no further claim on ourselves.
Tenants obligations
1) To pay for any losses or damage to the property however caused (reasonable wear and tear excluded) unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be fully recoverable under our householders insurance.
2) To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
3) To permit us reasonable access to the property for maintenance.
4) Not to exceed the number of persons originally stated on the booking form unless agreed prior to occupation.
