Chy-un-Lur (the bungalow) was renovated and completed in April 2009 from a former sheepfold. As the name implies it is a single storey self catering cottage sleeping 4 plus a cot in two en suite bedrooms.
Centrally situated on the farm, the cottage has its own enclosed garden and elevated patio area with garden furniture and private parking for one vehicle. Further parking is available nearby at the farmhouse which provides Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

Living Accommodation
The cottages entrance hall has slate flooring, washer drier and storage cupboard leading to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with slate flooring. The fitted kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, grill and hob, together with all utensils and crockery.
There is a dining table with matching chairs and the cottage lounge has a comfortable leather suite with remote control flat screen colour television and DVD/CD player. There is a full solar powered under floor central heating system and a gas burning stove available at all times. Patio doors open onto an elevated patio with far-reaching views over open countryside. The cottage is double-glazed throughout.
Garden/Patio
Chy-un-Lur cottage has its own private enclosed lawned garden with rockery and elevated patio with slate patio table and patio furniture. There is also a private parking area for one car with further parking nearby for boats/trailers.
Shopping
The local garage (approx. 1 mile) also has a Londis store from which most things can be purchased and a grocery parcel can be purchased for your arrival by arrangement. Main towns are Truro/St Austell both approx. 10 miles away with all major supermarket/chain stores.
Pets
Pets are welcome by arrangement and there are purpose-built kennels provided which should be used if the pets are to be left unattended. They may be exercised on the farm but kept under control at all times.
