All first floor rooms in the cottage, apart from en suite bathroom, are carpeted together with the lounge area and have co-ordinated soft furnishings.The kitchen/dining area together with ground floor bathroom, cloakroom and hallway have ceramic tiled floors.Folding bed and/or cot available by arrangement.
Situated on the ground floor of the cottage there is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The fitted kitchen is handmade in pine and is well equipped with the usual self catering equipment such as fridge/freezer, microwave, electric fan oven and grill, dishwasher and washer/drier, together with all utensils and crockery necessary for a family.
The Cottage lounge has a comfortable suite with remote control widescreen colour television, video, DVD player and CD player/radio, incorporating pro-logic surround sound system. There is a full oil-fired central heating system for out of season bookings and a gas burning stove available at all times. The accommodation is double-glazed throughout and there is a payphone provided for guests convenience. Also on the ground floor is a vestibule, full bathroom with wet-floor shower, and a separate washroom. Patio doors open onto the private garden.

Chy Tyak Self Catering Cottage has its own private lawned garden and patio with patio furniture and gazebo. There is also a private parking area for up to three cars and a boat.
Shopping
The local garage (approx. 1 mile) also has a Londis store from which most things can be purchased and a grocery parcel can be purchased for your arrival by arrangement. Main towns beyond the Roseland Peninsula are Truro/St Austell both approx. 10 miles away with all major supermarket/chain stores.
Pets
Pets are welcomed in the cottage by arrangement and there are purpose-built kennels provided which should be used if the pets are to be left unattended. They may be exercised on the farm but kept under control at all times.
